We have not lost the battle of the billboards. Unfortunately it seems that the 1st amendment depends on what town you are in. We have learned a lot from this experience. So much for the land of the free. It comes down to money as most everything does. We knew that putting up a controversial billboard would have consequences. We also knew that it would catch people's attention better than pretty wolf photos that aren't taken seriously.
