Most organizations have overhead. It's somewhat unavoidable for the large machines that are the typical animal rights group. Marketing, web sites, plush toys, membership drives, executive salaries, offices and employees - all of this absorbs donations.
Project: WOLF is different.
We are using each and every donated dollar to pay for getting the message to our target audience. Billboards outside Yellowstone, telling people who are going to the park just what is happening to the wildlife that makes our American wilderness so special is just the start.
More donations = more billboards. Enough donations, and we can evaluate other ways of reaching out. TV advertising perhaps being one such option.
